Meet The Team
Jordan Antonio Brown

Started off playing for a Sunday League team called Old Isleworthians in West London, who now go by the name of Spartans, getting scouted by 3 different academies at the time in result of mine and my teams performances. Arsenal, Chelsea and Watford were my options. My family and myself chose to sign with Arsenal at 8 years old.
I developed my game in one of the best academies in England let alone in the world all the way up until 16 years old. Throughout these years I played in various tournaments, matches and fixtures vs. the best academies in the world such as Real Madrid, Barcelona, Ajax, Inter Milan along with some of the UK’s best such as Chelsea, Glasgow Rangers and the list goes on.
I progressed throughout this time building some recognition for my age by representing my school team and becoming the best team in the county while scoring 5 goals in a 5-2 final. Representing my District team and being one of the best teams in the country alongside many other boys from various different academies. This translated to my performances at Arsenal by being scouted by England Youth, Nike Sports brand and other teams in the country.
I represented England at U16 level scoring 3 goals in 7 appearances. The countries I played against were names such as Japan, Russia, France, and Spain.
After being offered a professional contract by Arsenal I chose to sign for West Ham United where I continued to make progress there by scoring 15 goals in my first season being only 17 years of age across age groups of the under 18’s and Under 23’s, 2 goals of which was scored vs. my old team in an under 23 game vs. Arsenal.
In August 2015 I made my Professional debut in the Europa League vs. Astra Giurgiu coming on for 10 minutes.
Reiss Greenidge

I started my football journey playing Sunday league until I was 11 years old, in that time I was able to be scouted by multiple professional clubs in London. I decided to join Arsenal over Chelsea at the age of 11.
After spending a good 4 years at Arsenal & multiple positional changes I was not offered a scholarship & had trials with multiple clubs before deciding to join West Bromwich Albion as a scholar. I rejected both Manchester clubs in the process due to feeling there was more of a clearer pathway. Spending a few years at West Bromwich Albion, I left & went into the lower leagues of English Football before taking my talents abroad to play in the top division of Norway.
I wish when I was younger I had the guidance & insight from current professional footballers when making career decisions. I was the first person in my family to play at a high level or even academy football. i feel like some decisions were unknowingly, at the time, the wrong ones.
I Co-founded this platform to try & help the next generation void some of the mistakes that I had indirectly made in my development & for them to fully reach their potential.
Jade Bailey

Jade Bailey, 27 years old. I’m a Professional footballer from East London.
I started off playing for my dad’s football team at the age of 6 in a Sunday league team and then I went on to captain Walthamstow Forest District. I was the only girl and captain of a boy’s team at the age of 11 and then had to go into women’s football because back then, we as girls, weren’t allowed to play after the age of 11 with boys. so I signed for Arsenal Women’s and stayed with them all the way up until signing my first professional contract at 18.
At Arsenal I won the FA Cup in 2013. In 2014. I started and also lifted the FA Cup and League Cup that year.
19, I signed for Chelsea. I was with Chelsea for 3 years and didn’t play too much. My spell at Chelsea, I got injured in my first year and returned playing by going on loan from Chelsea to Reading for a few months. I then moved on to play for Liverpool ladies team scoring my first ever professional goal.
Internationally I also played for England Youth for all ages from under 15 to under 23s. I am currently playing for the Jamaica women’s national team. In 2022 we qualified for this year’s 2023 women’s World Cup in Australia. I was also a part of the Opening Olympic Ceremony in 2012 in London which will go down in history. I was on the boat with David Beckham in the opening ceremony.
